It was not easy to put together. The legs fit very tightly and one of them had to be modified so it would fit. We ordered two tables and one arrived with dents. I trusted her and got what I wanted. Delivery: First it was to be delivered on Friday, then Saturday and finally the next business day. I assumed that would be Monday. Lucky for me it was Sunday. The assembly directions were a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The product was barely ok. There were imperfections in the finish. I wonder if it had been returned as the shipping box really looked tough.. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. It's lovely, except the package arrived damaged from FedEx. There is a dent in the back of the bottom piece (not a deal breaker) and wouldn't be there if FedEx hadn't handled the box so roughly. The place for the paper towel roll -- the directions show where to place the screws for the paper towel holder, but they don't hold -- it wasn't specific on how to secure them and they wouldn't hold.
