I would give this mattress a solid 4 stars. The medium-firm feel is exactly what I was hoping for, and it provides a great, comfortable night's sleep. However, I was disappointed with the edge support. The product description mentioned it had edge support, but when I sit on the edge, it curls inward and collapses under pressure. Final product was fine. It was the directions that were less than spectacular. I was underwhelmed with the illustrations. I also believe the instructions should have actual size illustrations of the various bolts instead of "23 mm" for instance. I don't to metric.
