Item arrived in 2 separate shipments, on 2 back-to-back days. They were fairly well packed Unpacking was easy. No shipping damages were observed. I noted that the assembly instructions were mediocre at best. Most pieces were not even marked. Because of these, assembly was challenging, but manageable and time consuming. The overall result was pleasing. A nice looking vanity at a reasonable price. I did have to pay a fabricator for a custom made quartz countertop with cutouts. All in all decent product, directions are very vague - I did have to email the company to get clarification on bracket length and it not sitting tight in bracket. In other wards when brackets were installed the bar had space on each side (said it was acceptable) Brackets for adjusting the rollers slightly on cheap side and caused me to scratch the protective coating but will mever see water..
