Very quiet compared to most brands I’ve had. I do think it could be a littler cooler on max but it will eventually cooldown the room and maintain good temp after. I got this 14,000 BTU window AC for my workshop here in Florida, and honestly it’s been a lifesaver in the heat. Instructions were entirely too confusing but I got it done. Super Heavy so be prepared. It cools my room fairly quickly. I couldn’t set it up to wi-fi but that doesn’t affect the functionality.
