I love this tile, it came with every piece unbroken! The tiles have a good thickness to them and I like the mat finish. The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it. Beautiful tile and beautiful detailing. Giving 4 out of 5 stars because it chipped in a couple spots upon install. Possibly just the contractor’s fault. I will say the color of grout makes a huge difference in the feel for this tile. I originally had Mapei grout, color grey. The installers didn’t mix the grout correctly and it came out blotchy and bleached out in places. I did a grout refresh on it to fix that issue and went darker with the grout, did Mapei grout refresh color black. Wow, looks so much better IMO! The wallpaper that came in the mail looked absolutely nothing like what the photos show. It's not even that it just looks a tad different from the photos. It looks entirely different, and has little white speckle dots all over it. There are also huge white lines all over it which seem to actually be a part of the wallpaper, and not damage from shipping. But honestly who knows... Wouldn't be too upset if it just looked different but was at least good. But the wallpaper looks super cheap and like a kindergarten student drew it. This was one of the more premium-priced wallpapers, so I thought I would be safe spending the extra money to get better quality.
