Update: I reached out to Wayfair and this has been resolved. It was an easy process, so therefore I am going to give it 4 stars from 1. The tree is very full when you fluff the branches. I would buy again. First I want to say that I received this tree as promised. Thank you. I just opened the box to put it together so I would know if everything works alright. The middle section does not fit tight on the bottom section, therefore it leans. I have attached photos to show you the damage to the middle section shaft that goes into the bottom section. I don't know if that ring is supposed to be that way, but I feel if it was around the entire shaft it would have fit tighter. Also, is that shaft supposed to be bent in like that? That too would make since that it doesn't fit snug and it leans away from the bent part.
