This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. MultiChoice Universal Tub / Shower Rough - Universal Inlets / Outlets

I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position.
