Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. I ordered the faucet, filter faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser in Antique Gold. I waited until the final piece arrived before writing this review because I wanted to see the full set together. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. The online photos made Antique Gold look much darker, richer, and warmer. In real life, especially in daylight, the finish is much lighter and reads closer to a pale satin brass or warm satin nickel than the deeper antique gold shown online. I tried to verify the finish before ordering, including calling the store, but I could not find the identical items locally to see in person. For such expensive pieces, the finish representation should be much more accurate. The photos are deceiving and do not properly show how light this color looks in normal lighting. I hope the products function well, but from a design standpoint, I am disappointed. Blanco makes the best stainless steel sinks. This sink is very roomy and beautiful. If you buy a stainless steel sink it MUST have sound dampening. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing.
