Got the Heritage pull-down faucet, Matte Black, with the knobs. It did a good job for about a year, then it started to leak a little. After a couple of years, the faucet began to chip and peel and then progressively got worse over time. The knobs began to loosen, and the caps that cover the knob screws stopped sealing cause we had to remove them too much to tighten the handles. Initially, I would have said I was very happy with the purchase. But for the cost, I would expect it to last longer than three years. That said, we still have it after four, though it looks a bit mangy. I personally don't think I would order this product again, definitely not in the matte black with knobs. Just too many things with it broke down, and it's not cheap. ***Update: It was still within their 10-year warranty. I owned this same Rohl faucet for several years and when I finally had to replace it due to a plumbing problem that caused the unit to lock up, I came online to try to find the same one. This one is an updated model and it's just as beautiful as my previous model. The hand-held part os slightly less bulky than the older model. I have just one complaint. I think the new model has a water saver 'aerator' in it which makes me feel like I'm having to run water for twice as long in order to do what I'm doing.
