The black pebbles in the planter are stationary which is great - they don’t fall out when I move the planters around. I did think the planters would be heavier. Added sand for weight and ease of “planting” and now I have an easy carefree flower garden. Easy to move even with that weight and unless we get a tornado I doubt it will blow over.
