The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. Packed very well, delivered to inside of home. Could really use more padding in the back and seat of chair, quite painful for me to use, hence why it was returned. Wayfair made the return painless.. This chair fits the bill. It was easy to snap together to assemble. Small enough to easily drive through the halls of my senior living complex. My reason for the 4 versus 5 rating is that there is no easy way to find out where or who handles repairs and how I would get the chair to them. After assembly it will not fit back in the box. I’m really happy with these foam mats. I used them in my garage, and they’ve worked perfectly for creating a comfortable workout space. So very disappointed! It clearly says in their advertising that it has a 330 lbs weight capacity but after reading the manual it only had a weight capacity of 265 lbs. I am so upset.
