It does come with 2 pillow shams, king size as I got the king size duvet and cover. It is very soft and you can certainly use the pillow case unlike normal shams. The fabric is pretty and soft, I do wish the pattern went the other way, it doesn’t work on the bed turned with the stripes vertical, which is how I think it should go. I do still like it though,.
