I love this rug! It’s perfect for layering or alone. It will look better once I get the rest of my furniture but so far I am very happy with it. I am a huge fan of these Amber Lewis Loloi rugs- I’ve used them in multiple sizes and several different color ways, and love them all! They lay down well on top of carpet, as well as hard floors, in the material it’s great and very durable, especially near spaces that might have a pool nearby. The rug’s neutral-toned geometric prints are easy to match with various decor styles, while a hint of fringe adds to the breezy aesthetic. This collection is power-loomed of 100% polypropylene, which resembles natural fibers but can withstand the outdoor elements and high-traffic areas like mudrooms, playrooms, and hallways. Spot clean, vacuum, or hose off completely as needed.

The "Dove" color is in between tan and gray. I would call it taupe. I have not seen another rug like this. It seems to be made very well and I had no issues with the fringe. Normally I don't like a fringed rug (OCD) but the fringes are sewn onto a kind of wire? so they don't flop around and they don't look like they will fray. If you love jute or sisal look but don't want the smell or the shedding, it's a great alternative. My only knock is that it's very thin, but it's made for outdoors so it would be perfect for a dining room! It's in my guest bath now but I will be moving it to my kitchen. Because it's so flat, it won't be a tripping hazard and I don't think I'll have to worry about stains. I will be purchasing more in other sizes and that says a lot because I'm usually very picky about my rugs. For once I'm happily surprised, not disappointed!
