Nice, thin profile, which is great if you have a door that needs to swing freely over it. Pretty pattern with hints of blue-works perfectly with my dark blue walls and light hardwood floors. I don’t think the pictures do the rug justice. At first I was unsure if I liked it, because I usually buy rugs that have a pattern. I bought this rug because of other people’s reviews. The rug is super soft and it is pretty thick. It is very nice. It could be grey or beige—I bought the 9 by 12 so that I can add chairs to my living room eventually. I am a huge fan of these Amber Lewis Loloi rugs- I’ve used them in multiple sizes and several different color ways, and love them all! They lay down well on top of carpet, as well as hard floors, in the material it’s great and very durable, especially near spaces that might have a pool nearby. I love this rug! It’s perfect for layering or alone. It will look better once I get the rest of my furniture but so far I am very happy with it. I bought two of these rugs after looking for some time. I have used them on my covered porch for two spring /summer seasons. I am very happy with the durability and it is lovely. Would definitely order again and again. The colour is neutral and gives a "jute rug" vibe however the rug is soft (flat pile). I have not experienced any issues with the threads or staining. It has been wet and dries fairly quickly. Not certain I would install in areas that are not protected as it is not on the cheaper side and would be concerned the elements may damage it. This pad, for my new wool rug, made a real difference in the feel of the rug. It has just the right thickness and grip. The size was a bit larger than 8x10, but that was easily taken care of with an ordinary pair of scissors. It will probably take a day or so the completely flatten out.
