Nice, thin profile, which is great if you have a door that needs to swing freely over it. Pretty pattern with hints of blue-works perfectly with my dark blue walls and light hardwood floors. The "Dove" color is in between tan and gray. I would call it taupe. I have not seen another rug like this. It seems to be made very well and I had no issues with the fringe. Normally I don't like a fringed rug (OCD) but the fringes are sewn onto a kind of wire? so they don't flop around and they don't look like they will fray. If you love jute or sisal look but don't want the smell or the shedding, it's a great alternative. My only knock is that it's very thin, but it's made for outdoors so it would be perfect for a dining room! It's in my guest bath now but I will be moving it to my kitchen. Because it's so flat, it won't be a tripping hazard and I don't think I'll have to worry about stains. I will be purchasing more in other sizes and that says a lot because I'm usually very picky about my rugs. For once I'm happily surprised, not disappointed! This is a great rug but it is rolled the wrong way in the wrapper so it doesn’t lie flat when you unroll it. The edges flip up. I unrolled it and then rerolled it the other way to smooth it out and it helped a little, but we are still dealing with the edges sticking up. Otherwise it looks great and is soft.. Dlayne. I am a huge fan of these Amber Lewis Loloi rugs- I’ve used them in multiple sizes and several different color ways, and love them all! They lay down well on top of carpet, as well as hard floors, in the material it’s great and very durable, especially near spaces that might have a pool nearby.
