Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. Well as much as I love this gazebo I wanted to be transparent on how many pieces this thing actually is. Took about two hours to unbox and unwrap the entire thing. I will say it was thoroughly packages which I really appreciate but every single thing was wrapped individually. We have a previous gazebo from wayfair that was a little smaller in size but took us about 3 hours total to put it together. We are on day 4 and still do not have it up completely. I do love it and how its looking and will post the finished once its all up but I recommend making sure you have enough hands to help or you prepare the prep of opening everything first.
