Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Love it! An absolute perfect replacement for existing TV stand fireplace. After about 5 years, the fireplace on our TV stand just stopped working. I searched everywhere looking for a replacement that would fit the opening of the TV stand. I decided to look on Wayfair because they have such a huge variety of everything. I was able to find this fireplace, which is the perfect size, so the install was a breeze. The fireplace is just the right amount of heavy to let you know that's it built out of heavy material. The quality of the build is also excellent. It works very well and the lighting effects look very good. Overall, I'm very happy with the fireplace, especially the easy install. Since these are premium logs, you can stack and restack them any way you like, not like those cheap logs that are pinned together. Additionally, our log "ends" are highly detailed for realism. The 18" set has 5 logs, the 24" set has 6 logs, and the 30" set has 7 logs. Complete kit with a log grate, burner, vermiculite, cinders, embers, and standard connection kit. If ordering LP, a safety pilot valve is included. Remember, your logs are not burning 90% of the time, but they need to look good 100% of the time!
