The chair fits my kitchen counter. I like the back on it and that it swivels. It was easy to put together right out of the box. Reason for 4 stars-the seat has the seam at the front, I would think it should be at the back. In order to do so you would have to remove the seat back and drill a new hole. We've had these for about 4 years now. They still look brand new. These are without question one of my favorite pieces in our space. The first thing that stands out is obviously the color. They instantly made my kitchen/counter area feel more styled and intentional. I was surprised by how comfortable they are. The size works really well for a standard counter-height island. I always worry about stools looking either too bulky or too small, but these have a clean profile that keeps the area feeling open.
