This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. Not impressed with Wayfair! I ordered this part at the end of October - I received a 1-12 x 6 piece. Kept getting the runaround from Wayfair. They finally sent me the correct piece after a month of AI and human customer service. Not sure which one was worse! Got it, WRONG piece AGAIN! Another month of worthless customer service and I got another correct piece sent out, shipping delayed, order not found, etc... By the time I received it, you guessed it, WRONG AGAIN and this time it was bent so was unusable anyway. It took almost 3 months to get three wrong pieces that every customer service rep (about a dozen including AI) assured would be correct. Before you think why didnt you go somewhere else, this is an unusual size and color that is extremely expensive at other places.
