The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Really nice clean lines. I like that I could choose the color of the stopper. I picked the gold color. I wish that the tub overflow was also gold but it came in silver. I was going to order a tub pillow thing, but I dont even need it! I was concerned about the pop up drain being in the center of the tub, but it is not too bad.
