Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. When range hoods exhaust air out of your home, negative air pressure is created unless fresh outdoor air replaces the exhausted air. Zephyr’s make-up air damper is designed to balance the air pressure in your home by automatically opening it to allow fresh air while the range hood is operating.
