I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. The components themselves look and feel like quality items. The instructions are terrible at best. If you have not done an instal before, this is not the unit for you. The door panel that was shipped had a chip out of the top of the panel. It is really ugly. I have emailed Dreamline to see if they will stand behind it. It appears the chip occurred prior to packaging or shipping as there was no chip remnant in the package. I have installed numerous surrounds and this one has been the least enjoyable. Finally, the instructions tell you to install the door flush with the stationary panels at the tops of the panels. This is not possible with the dimensions of the door panel.. Renee. Racine, WI.
