Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Allows you to proactively conserve water by choosing between a 0.9 GPF rinse or 1.28 GPF for more demanding jobs. This version of the Aquia® IV offers TOTO T40 Washlet®+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Washlet®+ toilets feature a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. The universal height design allows for a more comfortable seat position across a wide range of users. The TOTO Aquia® IV meets the EPA WaterSense standards and California's CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia® IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The TOTO Unifit 10 Inch Rough-In Outlet Adapter Trapway for Select Toilets allows compatible toilets to be converted from the standard 12-inch to a 10-inch rough-in. The PVC body is equipped with a rubber gasket for the ceramic bowl to connect. The adapter will include hardware to secure tile or wood floors. Wax rings and floor drain bolts must be purchased to complete your installation.

I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
