Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. After much research I purchased the Persuade Curv Two-piece toilet. Part of that research was taking a factory tour at Kohler in Wisconsin where I learned that the entire internal workings of a Kohler toilet are porcelain where "matter" will not get stuck which was the issue that I had with another brand. I did have a plumber install it for me as we needed to move the valve over to accommodate the skirt style. It is a sharp looking toilet and it works extremely well.
