It was like doing a puzzle! The electrician removed the old fixture and installed this one (with a medallion from a local hardware store that I painted with ceiling paint). Installed six LED chandelier bulbs, and it is very bright! Love the little metal details around the candlesticks. The center decoration isn't wood, but really, really looks like wood.
