I really like these fixtures, but wanted to add one word of caution. Because the decorative links are STEMS rather than chains, "adjusting the length" means using 1 or 2 stems. You are not given that much flexibility in the length. This was hard for us, because we found out that 1 stem made it too high and 2 stems made it too low. (We had a very creative electrician who came up with a solution using brass colored links from another fixture we had ordered. Otherwise, we would have had to return this fixture).. Yuko. It is also conveniently UL Listed for wet conditions only indoor wet locations such as above a shower. For exterior they would need to be installed in damp location such as a covered porch, soffit, etc.. A place where the fixtures would not receive direct saturation.

Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult. The fixture is made from steel, and it holds three 60W bulbs (sold separately) at three angles. We can't give a 5 star because it isn't hanging yet! Waiting for inspector to come and approve electrical work needed to install a ceiling fixture. Sure looks like it will work for us though. Just as pictured. Will complement our WAYFAIR sintered table and chairs without feeling overly modern yet very updated. Like the simple design and the shade is linen, not cheap like many I've seen.
