Very powerful water flow. Fills up my large soaking tub in about 5 minutes. Cleans up nicely. Very sturdy. Spout rotates which is a nice feature. Wand can leak out a little water if shaken for a minute after turning off water but this hasn't been an issue. The Zephyr wine fridge was securely packaged (plastic, then foam strapped in on all sides/top/bottom, then heavy cardboard strapped to a padded pallet that was easy to move), the unit is in place, handle was the only needed install and was a breeze.
