I was hoping the carpet colors and design were going to work since I only saw pictures online. The carpet is actually more of a light navy gray and tan, not light blues or much blue at all, but it works with our gray furniture. The pattern is not overpowering which is good. Im satisfied. My only drawback was the overall thickness was less substantial than I expected. That said, the appearance makes up for a lot. the pattern and color are beautiful, and it gives the room the exact look I was hoping for. I am a huge fan of these Amber Lewis Loloi rugs- I’ve used them in multiple sizes and several different color ways, and love them all! They lay down well on top of carpet, as well as hard floors, in the material it’s great and very durable, especially near spaces that might have a pool nearby. This rug is beautiful and ties the room together very nicely. I added a 1/2 inch pad which has helped with cushioning since the rug itself is thin. It’s soft to walk on, and the pattern & two-tone colour variation brings a lot of warmth and camouflages stains well because my cat vomited on it shortly after laying it out. I can’t believe I got this rug for the price I did! I originally ordered a smaller one for my bedroom and when I took it out of the box I laid it out in the living room room, and the colors looked so good I had to order the bigger one for my living room! I originally had a white rug in here, but was so tired of everything being white white white. Love the warmth of this one! It isn’t super soft, but that is what I wanted and is as expected based on description. I have two young boys and two animals so I do not need anything that will hold onto dirt very easily.
