This is a cute little playhouse, but smaller than anticipated inside. The measurements are from the outer edges. I didnt take the wall widths into consideration. The overall pattern repeats every 2 sheets. Each set is sold in pairs, so you would order the amount that you need to fill your wall space. For example, if you have a wall that is 8 feet wide, you would need to order 4 sheets or 2 sets.

All in all this wallpaper was exactly what we needed with little headache. We ordered 3 rolls of pink and green for our 8.5 x 11 foot walls and had enough to cover the wall. We only ran into one snag during installation which we fussed with for about an hour but ultimately couldn’t work out so there are some pretty big creases but these are covered by decor. Picture attached is not the creases, but where the paper began to mess up. Aside from that part this installation was quick and easy - about 1.5 hours total not including the creasing part.
