It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.. Ivana. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! My 10’x12’ she’s kit arrived as a 6’x 6’x6’ package. I had previously poured a concrete slab and placed a 4” high conc. block base. There were good written instructions provided along with a DVD movie and photos. It went together without a problem. Mine even has a tree growing through it!
