This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! I've had this flooring in my home for a few years now. Decided to finish out one last room and realized we short. Ordered two more boxes from Wayfair. They came fast and worked great. This floor is forgiving for most things. It can scratch if you move furniture around carelessly but I haven't had too many issues other than dropping something sharp (a vent cover) on it. We just finished a DIY installation of the Honey-colored Adura® Flex Southern Oak Plank into our RV. We absolutely LOVE the results! This flooring has a high-quality look and feel. The micro-beveled edges and wood-grain embossing make this flooring look very much like real wood. The Honey color is rich and warm. I was a little worried that during shipping, individual boxes might arrive damaged. I'm happy to report that even though none of the boxes arrived in perfect condition, very few of the planks were damaged. One thing to note: this plank IS marked VERY lightly with one-way arrows which we totally missed until we after we had already glued down half of the floor.
