The description claims they are blue velvet. But in my living room they look teal, which for us works out fine. However, I noticed in the photo I took the chair looks more blue. Better quality than we expected! The chairs are so deep you can sit comfortably to read or watch TV. The sides are straight and slick that they push well together without taking up too much space or can be fine on their own.
