This was the perfect solution! It is simple to use, energy efficient due to its chest freezer design, HAS WHEELS so I can move it around, and is garage ready which also means it can work on a covered patio for a few days if need be. This checked all the boxes, it doesn't have fancy features that are unnecessary and just lead to problems.
