Delivery service 0 out of 5 stars. I had a delivery window of 11:30 - 3:30 on Saturday of Memorial Weekend. Stayed home all afternoon. Two guys showed up at 4:00. One BIG guy and his little helper to carry in a heavy $$$$ 72” TUB. I felt sorry for the “helper” “handling” my huge tub by himself on a wobbly dolly . The BIG guy with an attitude WATCHED the “helper” and really didn’t care where he put the $$$$ tub. I’m not sure what happened but the BIG guy does not like his job and should not be in front of customers. MY $$$$ tub looks to be damaged …. Tub Box is crushed. I shall see how this works out.. Kohler needs to refund and take this model off the market! Air bath does not turn on consistently, bask heat has never worked, and the tub has now shocked me twice! Extremely loud, even after moving to the basement and insulating for sound, and the purge cycle sometimes turns on in the middle of the night, waking everyone in the house.
