My wife got this for me on a lark. We recently remodeled and repainted my office, and she felt like the light strand would make it kinda fun. She was 100% correct! The LED light strand adds a certain je ne sais quois to the room. The office is nautically themed, so one might expect sparse decorating, with paneled brown walls… this look, with the lighting, looks very nice. The remote control has several buttons that let you change colors and animations. The only issue is, and they address this in the included manual, when you size it you have to cut at specific areas. These lights look really nice and modern along the walkway and definitely make the yard look more put together. Setup wasn’t too bad, but you do have to connect everything to a main wire and clip each light onto it, which takes a little time. These are amazing quality lights. 48 feet is super long. I found out because I ordered two sets to make sure I would have enough lights for the area I needed covered and 1 strand was more than enough. The return of the extra lights was very easy.
