Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! This canopy was PERFECT for a wedding that my husband and I hosted in our backyard. It was sturdy and waterproof. It did rain on the day of the event but we were very comfortable under the canopy. I loved the walls with the windows because it helped bring in more natural light during the day. I also love that the poles are white. Some other canopies this size have steel color poles and it just doesn’t look as nice. We did make sure to weigh down the canopy in case there was wind. It held up well, with no wind. The poles at the bottom are a must, or else it is not sturdy enough. You need more anchors spikes for the connectors at the floor poles. It was only enough for 2 per connector and there were 4 holes. Thinking ahead I ordered more. I did not use the ropes. It felt secure enough. It turned out perfect for my Aunts 80th birthday party!!!
