Probably not Wayfair's fault but the box this came in was pretty dinged up and damaged. Luckily the actual standup wasn't damaged that bad, only the parts that you would get rid of anyways. This is a very nice matte black tile. It appears to be high quality and is great for stairs etc since the color is throughout the tile. This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look.
