The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. This is good to store guns in so that no one accesses them but it is not a heavy duty protective gun safe that would keep an intruder from breaking into nor fire safe.
