My husband and son put it together in 3 hours. It really helped to have the second pair of hands. This is a great raised garden bed. We did get chicken wire and put it under the entire structure, so moles and gophers couldn't come up through it, and believe me they have tried. The flaps are great when harvesting the back side of the plants. I didn't give this a 5 star, because the gate doesn't stay shut without propping something on it or placing a rock pile under it. These Trellis' are exactly what I ordered. I measured and knew they were going to be lower than my fence, it is an HOA thing here so I was covered. In retrospect I could have gone larger.
