I ordered the faucet, filter faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser in Antique Gold. I waited until the final piece arrived before writing this review because I wanted to see the full set together. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. The online photos made Antique Gold look much darker, richer, and warmer. In real life, especially in daylight, the finish is much lighter and reads closer to a pale satin brass or warm satin nickel than the deeper antique gold shown online. I tried to verify the finish before ordering, including calling the store, but I could not find the identical items locally to see in person. For such expensive pieces, the finish representation should be much more accurate. The photos are deceiving and do not properly show how light this color looks in normal lighting. I hope the products function well, but from a design standpoint, I am disappointed. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.. Matt. Very efficient controller. Have only had it in place for about 2 months so time will tell, but it's working great so far. The only thing I wasn't clear on was that it will only work for one faucet.
