The couch is lovely and so comfortable. It arrived in two large boxes packaged well, and I was able to assemble it by myself in about 2 hours. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow, which made the process straightforward. (Ps. The couch legs have screw covers on them. I learned the hard way lol) The only reason I’m not giving this five stars is that the back and armrest cushions don’t actually attach to the couch and feel more like pillows, which can be a little annoying. Update after 5 months of having the couch stains are almost impossible to remove even after spot cleaning with Folex and washing. Feathers stick of the back pillows all the time and feel like pin sticking Delivery was fast, easy to set up and looked as the pictures. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026.
