Got this a few weeks ago, came in multiple boxes, some pretty heavy. Once inside was easy enough to put together alone with the instructions they provide as everything is numbered. it is firm & as a couch not very deep (I’m 5’4” so works ok for me sitting but wouldn’t recommend it to are taller). This couch is pretty great! It comes in 7 boxes which are all pretty heavy - one was 116lbs. Assembly was easy - definitely listen to the instructions when they say to put the back cushions on first. I immediately noticed that many of the cushion covers were stained either with black marks or makeup - the worst one is pictured. The manufacturer was very quick ant responding to the issue and is going to send replacement covers. The bottom cushions are firm, but the back cushions are slightly softer. Given the light color, the couch is already showing dirty spots which I knew that would happen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We were shocked when this couch arrived in two average sized boxes, and quite amazed at how huge it was once it started expanding out of the boxes! It seats three adults comfortably side-by-side, although the back is just a little low, so you end up almost reclining. The cup holders pop out easily, but hold drinks well, and the arms of the couch are also firm enough to balance a cup of coffee. The fabric is soooo soft and plush! This would be a great bed for overnight guests, sleeping two adults comfortably, or as a handy extra bed for kids sleepovers! This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida.
