I am not going to lie. I was leery, but my expectations were exceeded just on the packaging alone! Took me about an hour to put together, instructions were easy-ish to follow. The operation is smooth, very quiet when moving up/down. The wiring threw me off a bit, as the light controller is in the box with the desk and everything else is in the box with the frame. I am very pleased, it feels sturdy. Caution, the box with the frame is much heavier than expected, but you can tell quality went into the making. Didn't have to program the motors or calibrate them. The cup holder is a nice touch for sure! I do wish it came with a PC tower holder, but there was room on top for the desktop. I am a developer, not a gamer, but it's perfect for my setup! The price is higher than many of the others but I chose this one, because the top is a solid piece and not split like a majority of the others. This frees up desk space and has a tidier appearance than the desk mount I was using. Easy to install and I especially like the way the monitors attach to the mount. My 2 monitors were at different heights and my neck had begun to hurt in the afternoons. These acrylic stands have made all the difference!!!! There are 3 separate pieces and they can be placed as close together or far apart as needed. The anti-slip mats are handy as well. I have enjoyed having the space underneath the risers for desk items. I truly love the clear acrylic just for the clean esthetic.
