I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Looks fine, has buttons on top if the unit (which makes you able to work the unit without the need of a remote). Has a noisy fan though. What is most bothering is that they claim the bulb has 22,000 lumens (not specified if ANSI or ISO), and when checked on the web, this model has only somewhere between 300-500.
