The vanity has 2 brackets with screw holes to attach the top but the top has no brackets attached to it to fasten top to the vanity. It basically just sits atop of the vanity. Very beautiful and stylish. We haven’t installed yet because we are in the process of putting wallpaper. It’s a good quality product no defect. The door knobs is a perfect brush gold look elegant, not shiny like cheap material.
