Product arrived with no flaws. Frankly a Miracle considering the weight. Drawers do not operate as smoothly as I would have expected. FYI- the drawer removal is not obvious as there are no levers or tabs to push, pull, or slide like most metal drawer slides. Feel so spoiled in this tub! It is a wonderful soaking tub and looks awesome in the space. The higher ends make it easy to relax your head on while soaking. My husband and I can enjoy together as it is big enough for the 2 of us. I went with the 67 long because it was wider than the longer one and so glad I did. My only complaint is that sometimes I hit the drain with my bottom and it pops up very easily! Good for a laugh when that happens!!! So glad I went with Vintage Tub and Bath for this purchase!
