It just arrived yesterday. The manual could be more specific on options. I used the Bedding/Waterproof option as I was washing bedding, however, nothing waterproof. I do not plan on using that option again and the tub fills to the top and the laundry barely moves even though they only filled the tub 1/2 way before starting the cycle. It took 2 hours to complete. The Normal wash cycle works well. The manual could be more specific in that you DO have an option to change the water temp from the default "warm" to cold by touching the word "cold" while turned on the Normal cycle. It's my 1first impeller washer and I need more time to give a genuine opinion. Modern appliances take a bit more research before making choices on the type of load you will be doing.. Kathy. It takes time to get used to it. Because is ventless it will heat up the room or space where the dryer is located. I found myself emptying the water tank twice after 5 loads. It does leave the clothes damp but you will just have to figure out the settings that works best for your clothes. Noise is minimal and the door is adjustable.
