My first time booking something like this up and it took about one hour. Used youtube to help put it together. It’s very heavy so I recommend using a bucket to hold it up. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was purchased to replace a similar Bosch unit that finally failed with an inside metal lining burn after 18 years of faithful service. It is a very nice piece of equipment, with just a few comments. First, the microwave function is very quiet, a plus. However, the internal vent fan is very loud. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated. This hold open arm is compatible with almost all models of Global Door Controls door closers. It's considered as heavy duty parallel arm able to be locked into a static hold-open position. It's recommend for high volume traffic or potentially harsh usage where a door would need to be held open for long periods of time. It's mounted on the push side of a door and extend almost parallel to the door. Item is available in two finishes: Aluminum and Duronodic.
