I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. It came with nice paper templates that showed you exactly where to mount and drill. Me and a friend installed it in 45 minutes. Works great. No fluff solid ge appliance. I’m happy. James. Overall this is a good microwave and heats up food quickly. I like the flat clean look of the front door without the handle like the other models. This also makes it easy to clean. The controls however could use some improvement. Especially adding one touch start. It currently has a 30 second quick start button but to run it for a minute or two, you have to either enter the numbers and press start or press the 30 second button multiple times. The other auto features could also use better guided display as we have to constantly look up which setting to use. A WiFi connection to set it up would have been a nice feature.
