I bought this to run my iron worker because I didn’t have 3 phase electric. My shops single phase . The directions are decent. I wish someone would make a video on how to adjust the settings that’s the only confusing part . I need 60HZ but my machine is working on the factory 50hz setting so for now that’s where it’s gonna stay. I had to bypass the factory control board & wire it directly to the motor. Class 2 transformers are intrinsically safer transformers because they are compartmentalized to allow no greater than 5 amps of current to be drawn on each compartment. Secondary wiring for class 2 transformers does not require conduit sheathed cable or clamp wiring techniques. This transformer has a low minimum load requirement of 1W to allow the use of LED products. Maybe dimmed using an electronic low voltage dimmer.
